From my point of view, there are different ways to grow. You have organic methods, paid methods, and automation methods.
- Organic growth, in my opinion, is primarily based on strategic content. In this case, you need to look up what content is most relevant in your niche or business on Instagram’s search. What should you base this on? Mainly on the number of views, likes, comments, and shares. Currently, shares are the most important metric on Instagram. Once you understand which content is most relevant in your niche, test it. Create and generate ideas similar to that type of content. Perhaps work on this content for a month. After that month, identify which of the content you’ve posted performed the best. Once you know what type of theme or content works best for you, replicate it. That is, produce a lot of content with that same theme because it performs best in your niche. That’s my view on organic growth.
- For paid methods, you have shoutouts, influencer marketing (in this case, micro-influencers), ad campaigns, or giveaways. Other methods include brand collaborations, etc.
- For automation, there are two systems. One is automation on your main profile, which involves generating interactions such as follows, unfollows, likes, story likes, story views, comments, etc. The other is the mother-slave method, where you have a main account (your business or brand) and create quality backup or fan pages that drive traffic to the main account. I don’t recommend mass DMs anymore because they are not very effective and have a low conversion rate.
That’s my perspective on the different methods of growth.
