If my ip is blacklisted but has a low risk could I still use it ? And what does it mean by spam ? For an example “that ip address has been spammed”.

The important thing is the service you intend to use. Some services don't check blacklists. Additionally, blacklist checking sites are not always completely accurate.

1: Proxy should be paid one not free to get rid of any security issue.
2: Buy from reputable provider.
3: Use Dedicated proxy.
4: You can ask vendor to get you non Spam clean ips for sure.

Lastly, You need to have all details of your bank credentials, 2fa etc so you can login easily on it.

Don't use cheap or free proxies it will cause you a security flaw.

What if the proxy city and state matches the bank credentials but the zip code is diff, will it mess the bank logins up ?

If you ask me to be honest it does not matter much because banks don't check where you are logging from actually as clients can travel any where in the world as well.

So that zip code match is not a thing to care about.

Then how do people get ip banned from bank sites then ? I always thought they see the person location ass odd then they ban their ip
