Over the last 2 weeks, our competitor has intensified their click fraud efforts. It's become very demotivating for us. We've lost thousands and have tried everything from closing feed only pmax to running shopping ads with audience targeting only as to not appear for users that are signed out. They're circumvented this by using proxies and VPNs on signed in accounts and resorted to doing the clicks manually vs using the click bot softwares as they did before. Has any one dealt with this before? How did you solve it? Thanks in advance.

For reference, yes we know it's click fraud and who is doing it. We monitor all site visitors and our invalid click rate is 50%+, but Google isn't catching all of it.

Unfortunately there's almost nothing you can do about it. Your only option is to go eye for an eye. The reason being is that if they have set up a system to find your ads through keyword search then this looks organic and that is why there is nothing you can do about it because to Google it just looks like normal people visits.

It’s not organic. Most likely, they’re using software like Traffic Bot Pro and others

That does not say much if that software mimics scrolling movements and typing delays from 4G IPs simulating humans on their phones.

I get all of that, but is there anything I can do about it?

Unfortunately, I am suffering a fierce attack of fraudulent clicks on Google Ads, the search network.
I am totally discouraged because after several conversations with Google Ads, with Click Cease, and with a programmer friend who knows about cyber security, NONE OF THEM HAVE A SOLUTION.
Basically, the bots mask their fingerprint, residential rotating IPs, and human-like behaviors make it impossible to detect fraud through Google Ads or prevent them from finding my ads....
Ideas??

The best defense is a good offense!

I've developed a bot that clicks on your competitors' ads, which works well to calm them down and make them stop.

Contact me if you want to see how it works

Hello can you contact me

That's really very bad news, When you want to run ads campaign to gain traffic but getting fake click, there are no way to stop this. Only possible to stop this fraud click is to keep your ads alive as long as you can. Don't demotivate, Once a time fake clicker will demotivate and stop fake click.
