Try to change offers, if you have a difference in the price of buying and selling traffic - you can earn more.
Sometimes CPA network gives me bids higher by 1.5-2 dollars, which on a large number of bids significantly increases my margins

actually what i run on nwmedia is a movie/tvshow niche. when i get conversions from tier 1 countries, it pays as high as $14-$30 for a conversion (this is a rare occurrence for me given the fact my traffic source is mainly asia)
but my challenge now is getting a way to generate more traffic from good tier countries.and please can you explain if paid traffic source is possible on this niche i work on? thank you

It's hard for me to answer your question, but I once tried this type of offer and it didn't work out!
It was a subscription-based "online movie theater" and I tried driving traffic to Kazakhstan, like I said, I didn't get positive results....
I heard that such offers can be additionally monitized, but I don't know how

So I do 200 million videos a day to YouTube. And that's the amount of money I make daily. Sort of tricky to get here. But that's what it is.
It's not true as I myself added 10 billion videos to YouTube. So the third party data they got is outdated.
