What's your favourite productivity hack?

I'll be honest, I probably suffer from 101 things but the main thing i struggle with is my addiction to the brain rot apps like insta and tiktok lol. Just sat there scrolling for about 4 hours either before bed or while i'm meant to be doing some tasks for my business.

I've deleted all the apps and now leave my phone in the other room before bed to help and I seem to be needing to scroll and get that dopamine less and less. Also i've started blocking time in my calendar to do work. I like to split my time into 25 minute chunks with 5 minute breaks in between doing this 4 times before having a longer 25-30 minute break. This has been great for me and i've noticed my self concentrating more and thus being able to get more done.

Whats your favourite hack? Maybe we can all steal some ideas of one another lol.

Spending time with open minded people gives a flurry of ideas and that's enough to give motivation for 2+ weeks. Implementing them creates the best things imaginable. Then spend time with open minded again.

Remove everything you learned -> unlearn -> learn again -> reach mastery. Super motivating and always feels fresh. Never gets boring.
At one point you get a kick that can kill and instead of kicking 10000 times, you kick once, and the whole army is gone.

I always want more money
I like working on my business, what the fuck else should I do?
This is my hack.

There's so much more to life than this. I think it's about 10 areas of life that materialistically set people might overlook.

Like what can you do? Philosophy? Understanding the reality? Seeking truth? Becoming a master in something? Have a great family?

Being fulfilled instead of just pleased is a lot better for yourself and everyone involved.

You might forget everything you know as it's based on false assumptions. You can always get better assumptions.

If your only value is "money" / "wealth", it's impossible. Everyone values health more than that even if they don't realize.

Abundance of things and experiences other than money is what we need. Money itself isn't what we need.

Sleep, must sleep!

I tell my salespeople they have to get a full night's sleep before they come back to work.

Mine is time blocking.

Basically, it involves scheduling specific blocks of time for different valuable activites throughout the day.

Not working for clients. :)
Following my passion.
Saying f-u to capitalistic pigs.
Doing where I can use all my powers.
Doing with an idea of making the world a better place.
Understanding how my work fits into a broader image.
Not doing things that other people invite me to do.

Mixing hippie stuff with all of that. No, not drugs. More like philosophy which isn't hippy, but... people would call it hippy.

just a long walk on the beach, and watching sunset/sunrise. that's my hack when I'm fed up with this monotonous world, just like that.

money buys health, experiences, and everything else except love. But it also buys that, or at least something very close to it.
Money can help my family have an easier life and enjoy the moments.
If this doesn't motivate you, I don't know what else motivates you, honestly I don't need meditation, I need 1 million for my loved ones.
Your speech like poor people.

Raising your consciousness and doing big image thinking will make you feel powerful without it. If you manage to understand the world is bigger than your "self", you have a major productivity boost.

Why? Cause you'll understand cybernetics, informatics, societies, cultures like few people do. Join 10% of the society that manages their wisdom and consciousness in a way few people do. Think of doctors, professors, philosphers, therapists, wealthy people, tshaped engineers, inventors, producers, balanced people, fulfilled people, conscious people, bees nature, hive minds.

Speak to them. They offer their help for free of charge because they're not operating in a materialistic paradigm chasing a carrot (money). People write self fulfilling prophecies like "seo gives money" and then they limit their world view creating massive suffering, fall into depression and sometimes they lose their lives due to chasing bits (money that today is digital) and misunderstanding informatics and processes, then systems as whole

For your own safety, to work with "big tech", use big thinking and big understanding to work with them. Social media creators are systems designers. Reverse design of those systems and see how you fit there.

What's interesting about our body as a system is that it knows what to do better than our self. You see, it breathes and pumps all that blood in a circular way. There is many subsystems in our bodies. And that keeps everything going.

One productivity hack that I use is called "the two-minute rule." If something will take less than two minutes, I will complete it right away. Whether it's responding to an email or rearranging my desk, having those little tasks completed keeps them from stacking up and weighing on my mind.
