I've been using a bot for sometime and it works really wonderful with post upvotes. However, comments are not getting upvoted or is dropping. Can anyone recommend a solid service or may be a bot whatever?

It's probably because in order to get comments to register an upvote, those respective accounts must've gained at least 1 karma within the relevant subreddit. For example, if you are trying to upvote a comment on r/AskReddit, the accounts used had to have gotten at least 1 comment karma earned through that subreddit at any point in the account's life.

Yet for some reason, it doesn't seem to apply to Reddit posts themselves. I don't know why.

Where did you get that info? Can you share, please? Damn, this is my case.. I upvoted a comment from 10 different accounts ( all of them have 300+ post/comment karma) and that comment still has 1 upvote.

Is it true?

You can test a couple of accounts yourself that have gained karma in a certain subreddit. Then upvote a few random comments then see if it works. Now test a different subreddit that you never gained at least 1 comment karma on. I've tried this for many years and apparently that's pretty true.

Is that rule applies to every subreddit?

Is that rule applies for post karma too?
For some reason post karma it doesn't apply. Just make sure the account has at least some karma from any subreddit. Like at least 50 comment karma in total or something.

There are a lot of good service into the market place

I would suggest giving it a look

Problem solved - Before you upvote a comment, you need to "Join" the subreddit, otherwise your upvote will not count.

I am having a problem with several services here in the marketplace. It would seem I am not inputting the correct URL for comments to be upvoted. When I go to SHARE and copy the link, the URL ends with a button. I am guessing that I need to edit the URL given to me.

How common is this issue?
