This thread (main post of OP) is really brilliant and an eye-opener. Upto now, none of us never knew anything at all whatsoever, as to why a Microsoft (Bing) Ads account can get suspended.

Yeah, the current bing requirements are pretty strict, except for the content of the ads.
Also need clean email and ip

Yes. Every time we submit landing pages for our clients to open bing accounts, they are always rejected, even though there is nothing wrong with the landing pages.
