I dont have a lot of time to manage the group - so any ideas that are fairly passive would be appreciated.

Join the affliate program of various exchanges and Share the links.
Reach out to good projects and pitch them for promotion in your subreddit.
Airdrops is also a good way to get some money out of it.
Or just charge people for promoting their blogs.

I tried exchanges before and it's a bit of a long ass process - I think most people are already signed up with exchanges.

Reach to projects is probably decent.

How would you see the airdrop working?

Either creating a new coin don't even take $5 and if you have that much community base why not just spend $2-3 to create own token on Pump.fun and start posting your to your community and ride the profits!!

Pump.Fun is on Solana network not Base. That would not resonate with the community.
