How come a proxy I have running on adspower doesnt let me use shopify?

Hi, so i have a question; i have a proxy and an adspower stuff all set up. Someone else actually set this up for me through a service i purchased on telegram (like they set up your meta ad account). The problem is the proxy doesn't let me access my shopify store and that's a problem because i cannot connect my pixel to my shopify account then.

Anyone experience this issue before? How can I resolve it? Also, is there a detailed guide anywhere on using the proxies and connecting them to adspower, if someone can route me to that i will really appreciate it.

Thats the only thing you can do, unless you wanna talk to the provider and see if they wanna enable it. But I doubt it. Easier way is to find another supplier

What kind of proxy was it? mobile? residential? You can look at the marketplace here and find one and ask them first if they support Shopify before buying saves a bit of testing monies

Yeah exactly, adspower has nothing to do with the fact that shopify is blocked. its just your proxy that doesnt allow it (i use adspower myself)

For you it will be enough to change proxy service, you can choose from marketplace
For myself I would recommend Bright Data or SmartProxy, they are all of course connected to the anti-detection browser, most of the time there should be tutorials

A Static ISP proxy would do the job. Some providers block Shopify as there are people that commit fraud on their platform. Many providers don't though

You need a new proxy provider indeed, but you don't need a residential or mobile proxy. For just shopify things I think you are good with a static isp proxy. You need a static ip for more than 30 days else you will have to enter 2fa and captchas every now and then. Also I would suggest to not overspend on big brands for just this. A static proxy should not cost you more than 5$ a month.

depends on the quality you are looking for, if you dont need high quality proxies, packetstream is super cheap, higher quality but still cheap is webshare. For tiktok/shopify I would recommend mobile proxies though as they are the safest but they are more on the expensive side...

Personally, I use American Express Go, never had issues with it since.

The issue is with your proxies, not AdsPower; after you have configured your proxies in Adspower, you can first check whether the proxy can connect successfully. If it shows success, but you still cannot access Shopify, then you need to replace the proxy with another one.

So shopify has blocked that proxy, you should change it to another one

This is related to the proxy, not the setup. You should use a different proxy.
