Information For The Accused
@zosisire, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. Sorry for posting in this thread but i need to prevent this scumbag to scam more people. His old BHW account is @dzudiaveaji. He is just spamming Want to buy and Hire a Freelancer forums and trying to get as much money as he can.

He is using his own "escrow" called trustescrow.net made with template from themeforest.
He is probably coming next week with another BHW account. You can recognize it easily because he has every product and service on this planet.

its really not me. If it were me, I would have paid for it by now and closed the issue. Because $20 is a small amount of money and it's a case I'm not involved in.

Given that he slipped up in some other places we've got enough to ban him. He was banned before for not resolving another dispute so he wasnt gonna resolve this one either.

The account he gave was a skeleton account (unverfied/unusable). Well, at least some of the money goes back to BHW for his future subscription. Thanks for quick resolution @AlwaysAlan and @hororbishke for adding evidence, I only get on once a day and just wanted to see him banned.

Mod can random check their service if they are posting many times in wtb section or bhw can open post (volunteer ) for watchman to random check WTB offer services.

Even if they dont have enough post count and days to become jr vip, they are subscribing to premium membership and reply on almost all wtb threads with their telegram account and then start scamming people until they get banned. and again repeating same process with another bhw account.

I think its better to set auto threads locked after 15 days of inactivity on wtb threads and only jr vip and above can reply on wtb threads.

He was using the same method. buying premium membership and replying on all wtb threads mentioning their telegram address to contact them, and scamming people until banned and repeating same with another bhw account.

And they set their PMs off, so members cannot deal on-site but are forced to deal off-site, on Telegram. Neither you can report their Account with a Button as a whole since they limit who can see their profile.



Scummy tactic, but it is what it is, Premium Membership should not have access to WTB and HAF, its too cheap and powerful.

Dont know about him, but i think scammer are very clever. they may create bhw account and let it be old for few months to year. that makes them look like trustworthy because of account age for new member. and they follow their method to scam people.
