How to re-claim facebook verified page

Hello i had a verified page and i want to get it back, we had 3 accounts earlier that managed it and now 2 of them are closed the third one lost access, i don't know how to claim it back, i opened a new page with the same name, im trying to get verified with ID and see if i can re claim it back.

Any clue or hint please help me out.

yeah but i can provide ID and stuff that this PAGE was mine, maybe i can use previous accounts to re-gain, and ask the support.
how can i send a mail for this case to facebook support ?

actually im like middle man on this job, facebook blocked their accounts i don't know why and how, they told me like that.

as i said earlier i did not create any account im just trying to find a solution for them, i did not create any account they did this mess.
