Try more expensive services or virtual numbers from another country, worked for me after a couple of tries

Probably you are either device or IP banned.
If you are buying accounts then there is a high chance that you are buying cheap accounts that have not been created well or with high quality numbers or processes so they start with a low trust score. Then you go to login with your already average IP and it just get's the account banned.

maybe the account is too weak, or the account has some unusual recording

It often happens that telegram blocks accounts without warning, even those accounts that have not been used after purchase. Contact your account provider, they are obliged to replace them under warranty. If you use accounts for inviting, make sure to use dynamic mobile proxies or dynamic resident proxies (it is important that the proxy is dynamic, not static).

Telegram also very often blocks accounts from Asian countries, accounts from India are also considered to be of low quality and are often blocked.

What conclusion can we draw ?

1. Don't buy the cheapest accounts from India, China, Nigeria, etc . Telegram often blocks such accounts for no reason even if they were not used .

2. Use dynamic mobile or resident proxies.

Are you using the accounts on the same machine, same IP address?
With multiple accounts, it's best to use unique browser and proxy fingerprint parameters for each account

upgrade to be telegram premium

Can you please elaborate on the invite one? So, assume we have 5 accounts for inviting. Should I have one static IP per account, that is 5 in total?

Tell me more about "use unique browser and proxy fingerprint parameters for each account". Like what things should you use like user agents and screen resolutions and stuff?

When there are too many accounts operating on the same browser and IP address, it is possible for the account to be banned.
You create different browser fingerprint parameters, each of these profiles logs into an account. The platform will assume that these accounts are used by different people.
If you have one computer but you want to have multiple accounts, you should use antidetect browser or VPS, they both help change the above parameters. With antidetect browser you can change the user agent

I am developing a custom tool. I register using the phone, link account to a phone SIM using a qr code and later extract the profile to a place of interest for reuse later.

I'm also in the same situation as you. My tele account always dies even if I haven't sent any messages in that account. I fixed it by buying a new account and leaving it alone. After 10 to 15 days I started using them and now it works great and there are no bans at all. Good luck. Hope what I share will help you.

How do you use it? Like proxys, VPS, phone or something else?

There could be many more reasons for this
