I can't open links from Twitter - help!

I can not open anymore any links through Twitter, as Twitter links are always shortened as t.co. I tried from both mobile and desktop, different devices, different browsers, always with the same result. I updated the app/browsers, deleted cache, history, all data, restarted the devices etc. Still nothing, links can't be opened, so I get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT or "connection is not secure". How can this be fixed?

I just tried Surfshark VPN. It works! But what this means? Why my own IP don't work?

Guessing you either made a significant physical address move or your proxy location/ tools are misconfigured. Check out which might be the cause of the issue.

I didn't move phisically, so it must be the second. How can I check my location tools to see what happened?

If you remember how they were previously configured, where your IP's locations were, etc., you should be able to replicate those moving forward.
