Those are stolen accounts, hacked accounts, the content they upload is partially blocked meaning it has a warning not a indefinite block, you can even download their video they uploaded and re-upload it same shit.
The newer movies they upload is from Russia, the id claim there is controversial and alot of cinemas have the bootleg copy running even tho there's sanctions on what studios do when dealing with the American market.
So Russia as of now gets bootleg copies and it gets through, but because the accounts have other people's contents they prefer to destroy the account then use their brain thinking they can create a SEO back link to some terrible website.
The content from the original channels most likely always from Russia or Thailand, India, pretty much 3rd world countries, but given they lack how to utilise those channels.
I mean there's plenty of ways to grow a channel.
But if you're desperate strip the movie of any sounds, if it gets through you then live stream it from your uploaded voiceless channel, you can then add external sound as a overlay as its premiered as a archive.
Or better if truly absolutely desperate you can screen record their live stream and air it on your account.
