From what I know spotify and other streaming platforms pay royalties every 3 months but what about YouTube content is and YouTube music do they pay royalties monthly?

I think you are wrong , YouTube pay royalties for YouTube music and YouTube content id.
I want to know if they pay music distributors monthly or every 90 days

All platforms pay royalties on a monthly basis. However, for your initial registration period it will take about 2-3 months for most streaming services (2 months for SoundCloud NextPro). The same is the case for YouTube Music. It is more about the individual music distributor you use.

Depends on the distributor also and not just the platforms.
