Suspended Twitter account reinstatement

Does anyone here knows if there's any way other than a classic appeal to get my account back?

I had an account for almost 3 years, active every day, more than 20 thousand followers. Never posted anything illegal that violated any of Twitter rules. Suddenly, it got suspended without even giving me a reason for suspension. I've appealed on Twitter directly and on Twitter support (help) website a few times. Got one e-mail saying they're looking into this, also replied to this e-mail, but got no response. I was also a premium customer and had like 8 months left of my premium subscription.
