i want to create for using self. one account .so which residential ip provider is good for ebay ..any one suggest me thanks.

Static ISP proxies for long-term accounts or rotating residential proxies for bulk

If you need to create multiple accounts, you'll need dynamic residential or mobile proxies

For Ebay using brightdata is a good option

i just want to know where can i buy usa ebay seller account + bank connect.

Here are some residential IP providers that may be useful for eBay:

1. Smartproxy
2.Oxylabs
3.Netnut Ltd.
4.Rayobyte

i can not beleive my Ebay acct had been 15 yrs of ages and only got selling limit 37K per month, while my classmates got their accts just 5 yrs but went up to 200K limit.
Does anyone know why it s so different ? maybe my sell volume is not as much as them. ?/? what are the most factors ebay evaluate on each sellers ?

Do you need it increased?
Are you selling 37k a month?
If not then why would it matter.
If you need it increased reach your limit every month. Then contact eBay and ask for a limit increase. If your account is in good standing then it shouldn’t be a problem.

Yes ! you r absolutely right @andyframpton if I really need an increasing, then I should burn out all my limit first.
But all I want to know what Ebay evaluation rules ? or they just thrown in randomly numbers for everyone just beginning.

In my experience it’s random.
You can get given an account with 500k limit when you open it and another with 1k limit. It’s the way you treat the account after is what is important.
