I didn't understand that length / total time of cooking meats and hard stuff doesn't matter that much after a certain point and can worsen the situation.
I cooked spaghetti sauce (not pasta) for 6 hours and my friend was asking what the hell am I doing. Because that's what a YouTube video showed.
I was stirring it every minute and I think in total I made 20k steps from a room to kitchen and vice versa.
So I was an extreme cook. I hated cooking cause I didn't understand criteria to it, as I didn't understand criteria to anything. I was just a leaf on wind or smth.
I cooked a single dish so many times that it lost taste in my mouth and I couldn't taste it anymore and at one point I was sure that what I cook is tasteless.
3 years later I cooked amazing food chinese and stuff but uhm.... the first experiences were hardcore.
