A few months ago when I have just entered to the SEO world I have bought a 47dr with not bad quality backlinks profile expired domain, I didn't noticed that the website contain an app name (for an example KNOWNAPPmodapk . com)
What should I do with this domain ?
Can I use this website for a blog on a different niche? not even related to apps or tech ?
or should I just make a simple blog and use it to my PBN?
I see plenty of those with different TLD but I have no idea how they are monetization the websites or if it the same company..

Any suggestions ?

No that won't work in long run.
It might work in the beginning but eventually it will move down.

Yes, that's an option you can use it to sell sponsored posts or as a backlink source for your personal site.

Ideally, I would start a niche website in tech niche and monetize it with ads.
Would promote tech related startups and service affiliate offers from different marketplaces.
If you intend to start with a niche website, please do build your list and segment it with niche related engaging survey, feedback, discussions.

If you're really concerned, then the best way is to purchase a fresh domain in the same niche and then 301 redirect this one to the fresh domain.
You can preserve the link value by redirecting and proceed.

Thanks for the reply.

So for an example lets assume that the domain name is Roblox modapk. com,
Would you still start a a niche website in tech niche and monetize it with ads ?

And I agree that is fine for a pbn, but what about as a monetize website?

Can I keep this domain and have a different site title? not even related to apps/tech?

put content similar to your money site on this new domain you've bought. let it get indexed, and keep it for 5-6 months. then redirect to your money site.

If it was about a certain app, I have to use this domain for an app/tech niche?

In that case I will follow the 301 approach.

I already mentioned above you can monetize your niche website with ads. lists etc..

You can have anything that's relevant to the niche.
If the domain has a history and also backlinks from a specific niche changing niche will not help.
