proxy tool question

i have a member of my forum who is
also a member here who wants to no
if there a tool out there that allows
the loading of private proxies so they
can be rotated.

as i only supply proxies i couldnt answer
the question.. anyone else no of anything
comments appreciated .

10-4, that's what I'm doing. The bitch is you have to set up rules for each application trying to get internet access. But it's pretty simple. Can't really say how ProxyFirewall compares to other applications, it works for my purposes so never looked any further.
