If you are facing this issue on website, you have to check out plugin settings for any auto commenting feature and have to disable them

I mean, every time I go to my old post and update it with some changes and press save I see new comment autogenerated in the same post and this comment is the same post. Hope you understand me.

To stop new comments auto-generating with each post update, disable or check for conflicts in plugins, especially those related to comments or updates.
