Need help with one page

Hi there,

I need a second set of eyeballs (SEO Expert) to analyze a website, that drives me crazy. In my opinion the site is well optimized (onpage) for one keyword. It is well optimized in technical aspects (speed), better than competitors and has a average backlink profile, like the competitors too. The site is ranking well for the money keyword in Bing but stuck on googles page two. It doesn't matter what we change on the website, the position on Google always fluctuates between 11-15.

Can someone open my eyes, what is my mistake and what am I doing wrong?
