Why won't you, as a buyer (not specifically you, obviously - each buyer individually), do the due diligence of who you want to buy from by yourself?you can add active user option on people profile. So user can see that is active seller or temp seller.
It would make more sense than handing the responsibility on the forum and hold the staff responsible for every scammer.
Transactions should never take place over TG, and you should never use crypto when you're buying from a seller for the first time. This won't prevent 100% of the scams, obviously, but 90% is a damn good start IMO.
