I don't think such tools exist, to be honest.
There might be special tricks to kind of bypass Copyrights and be able to upload full movies without getting restricted, but please be mindful that even if there were such methods to circumvent the system, I doubt anyone would share them as anyone in possession of that knowledge can make a bank longways and they would be shooting themselves in the foot if they decided to leak it.
Nonetheless... whether you are looking to purchase a tool or a method, your request should be placed in the HAF section; which can be found here.
(although I would personally not trust anyone trying to sell me that sort of tool)

You better open the Statham move and you see it has nothing to do with Statham.
They use clickbait titles for videos.

Im not sure if the channel is monetized. Some tools show it is but we cant be sure 100%.

I checked transporter 3 movie channel from the image..I believe I know the method he is using to upload movies. It is not strike proof but ya you can upload easily.
I know someone who works in same fashion....Monetize channel...Upload...keep video for 24 hrs and then delete it...You cant private them to avoid strike (He told me..we can get strikes even if we private movies).

it's not monetized. they have many channels scattered on YouTube and seem to focus on getting subscribers by publishing western films such as Jason Statham and others

I thought his method was supposed to be able to upload without any editing?
Does anyone who bought this method know if it still works? As it seems sigma male is no longer selling it. Is it truly non edit method to get passed the initial copyright block when uploading? I know you can't monetize with this type of content from AdSense, but I'm more curious as to how some channels can upload seemingly unedited movies without it being blocked the second it's uploaded?
I don't know how you would monetize the content. It's just piqued my interest as to how they even upload it unedited in the first place
Not worth the purchase...those exact method & tool is freely available Online.
I am not YT expert but I know few ppl who upload movies....They keep the movies available for a certain number of hours to collect views and revenue before deleting them.
These channels are doing the same... apex studio & Snowmonsters.
I don't upload movies (time consuming...got to make sure to cut out all music parts and fuss of lawsuits)...I upload TV shows and the rpm sucks big time...around $11-13 for 50K views on videos that are 25-30 minutes each (Indian viewers).
On the Fresh channel..I also tried OTT content but received 2 strikes on the 8th and 13th days from Netflix and Zee5. I m not sure, but I believe it was either a manual review or someone reported it.
I personally believe we can pursue this as a side hustle—learning and use it as method to quickly meet monetization requirements.
Insane Views, engagement and subscribers but earning is quite poor on my channel.
