No. scraper accounts job is to do scraping users from accounts and from likes etc.

Yes. they are doing dirty jobs so main accounts remain safe.

we use scraper accounts because they are disposable.
main account and scraper account location and proxy doest matter.
you can use cheap proxy for scraper accounts.
scraper accounts doest need decorated. but they should be warmed up
