Was it hard to get the gambling advertiser license on google ads for you?

The problem is the geo I aim for is not on https://support.google.com/google-ads/troubleshooter/2893932?hl=en&utm_source=policyhc&utm_medium=contact_gambling&utm_campaign=6018017&visit_id=636981960056058496-4095422857&rd=1of countries for the license application, so I still have to figure out. Anyone has the same issue?
