What is proper method to send Mass dm on telegram?

Hi.
i want to know how can we send mass dms on telegram?
i dont want to send 1000s of dms.
i only wants to send 100 dms daily.
i already have 5 android phone with sim card.
when i try to send message like 4 to 5 new people i am getting error that you can only send message to your mutual friends.
can some one guide me how can i send proper messages without getting error?

have you tried adding them to a group and send messages from there?
might be a solution to your problem
