Your nationality has nothing to do with learning html. What is it that you are finding difficult with it?

Learn the basics like how flexbox works, inline and block elements, html/css syntax etc perhaps. It takes time to learn so be patient.

You can learn HTML in w3schools or free youtube courses, they teach the basics and fundamentals of the language. If you want to advance further, you can choose a technology like js, php, etc.
