Make a website that is perfect in terms of on page seo , technical seo , content.

It's not that they're not competitive at all. The top 10 sites have a lot of backlinks

@ OP this is very important.

Also, you never go wrong with a better quality content that satisfies the search intent, moreover your website is only just a month, work on the content more and don't just jump into acquiring backlinks with an accompanying quality content on the site.
