Have you noticed how interconnected the price of Bitcoin is to US politics since the ETF? Or is it just crypto writers wanting something to write about and get clicks?
Latest little blip is being blamed on Biden potentially being replaced and Trump's likelihood of winning dropping by a few points if they do replace Biden with someone more credible.
If this is the future of Bitcoin pricing, it is falling very much in line with other market influencers at this point in history. I guess it depends on how much coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum and potentially others go into mainstream investment vehicles. The greater the acceptance the more likely they are influenced by national concerns, as investors will put their money where they feel it is safest. Good and bad.
I wonder if/when ETF's are approved in the EU, UK, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Australia, we will a) see similar price increases and b) price being effected by country and regional politics.
All I know is that I want more BTC right now.
