Need Advice on Uploading Content to a Fresh Domain

My domain is fresh right now. It is 5-6 days old. But I have a backup of the posts of my old website. I uploaded all that content on a domain last month. Traffic also started coming. But after 3 weeks the domain was penalized. Now I have to start again. So can anyone tell me how much content should be uploaded on the fresh domain and after how much time the rest should be uploaded?

Upload the content on website gradually may be over several weeks, so that it seems everything appears natural. Also insert possible keywords in the content for better rankings

Add content slowly on new site, first add 10 to 15 posts, create proper internal links on keywords/important words and also give some external links to authority sites, again on important words/keywords.
Wait for these first few posts to index, give like 4 to 5 days, do social media sharing, once the indexing starts then add further posts.

The penalty you got was not due to how you posted your content . Its perfectly fine to post the way you did.

Penalty was because of some other reason, content quality, affiliate nature of content, domain , no EEAT , think about what other reason it might be and work on that
