I have a Youtube channel with AI commentary over music videos, e.g. i have a video talking about hip-hop rivalries and the video is a montage of random hip-hop music videos (each clip in the montage is 5 seconds long and muted)

I have 3500 watch hours and have >1000 subscribers. Curious if this channel is monetizable through YPP, or if I am wasting my time trying to get to 4000 watch hours.

why you not try to monetize with lite YPP(500sub+3000WH). If they accept it, just push to 4000WH to full Monetize.
