Why does my post not appear in the SERPs

When I write a post on Linkedin. I never see it appear on Google.

I check this by using this string "site:the link to my Linkedin post"

Is there something else I need to do?

Try writing article, there is an option to write article as a linkedin user and as a company page.

If it's a company page you need more than one employee to be able to indexed.
If you have a tag noindex added to your article it will not index. Check the page source to find out. Aged account with connections don't have that tag.
