Not much, any currency I send in larger amounts on exchange I try to quickly sell them or send it somewhere else. Keeping only enough for emergency buying or selling.
But with bigger exchanges you risk less though, they do not disappear or ban that easily.

As much as I need to do transactions. Exchanges are useful for keeping usdt and swapping to any crypto that i require for transactions. Mexc has no fees as well.

Other then that, use trust\exodus for storage and hodling.

I also keep some usdt and long term coins on trezor device.

I treat CEXs like public toilets, go in, do your business, get out. Always hold your money in self custody - that’s what crypto is all about, being your own bank.
