Need help with starting to Email Marketing

Hi,
I have multiple online businesses but I never done email marketing before because I thought it is a complex method that i should have time to work on it.
I've watched many courses about it but I don't have any practical experience in it so I am here to ask from experts to start my email marketing campaigns.
Any suggestions would help me but my main confusion is about platforms, warm up and these kind of things.
As mentioned I have multiple businesses so I likely to send at least 1 million emails.
I was checking my inbox to see what other email marketers doing and I see most of them are using Gmail accounts and I think they use something like gmass or gbeast,

but my first question is should I use multiple Gmail accounts are should I use Amazon SES for a continuous email marketing campaigns?

If your answer is Amazon Ses, My next question is about domain names, how many domains should I have for one million emails? And which software or script would you recommend? I installed mautic

And my final question is about warm-up, for my purpose that I want to continue human marketing and want to send average 1 million emails what is the best warm up plan and strategy for me? I'm thinking about 1 million right now but if i start it and it was profitable for me i will continue it to more

I think I can handle the DNS zone like DMARC and how to write a email , verify email ,... to have higher chance of inbox delivery.

1) Gmail accounts are easy to start with, so you will get an idea about your email marketing. We really don't recommend starting with SES directly without knowing your audience's behaviour because SES has zero tolerance for cold mailing and spam.

2) Minimum 20 for 1 M max your wish. The more, the better. Check what features you want and pick your email panel based on that.

3) You will find so many third-party warmup services; pick any. Once you learn how warmup works, you can work manually.

I use Mailwizz with SendGrid pushing the emails. Complex to set up but you end up with your own SMTP which works wonders.

For warm up you can use Boxward. If you want to save money you can start a Warm Up Group and send each other emails.

In my opinion, the use of mail marketing is unnecessary because it can be spam. Users don't really like reading it. You can try using ads on Facebook and Google

MailChimp, SendGrid, aWaber, getresponse are not for cold emails they will ban your accounts very quickly, it's against their terms and policies, tese are good if you're sending to your own opt-in list.

Dont use gmail for sending out 1 million emails instead check out email service providers (ESPs) such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or SendGrid. They have tools to help you manage multiple businesses warm up your email sending reputation and increase the chances of your emails getting delivered. Stick to one domain with a good sender reputation. While Mautic is an option its better to go for ESPs with easy to use interfaces. Remember it important to slowly warm up your sending reputation. Begin with small batches of emails and gradually increase the volume to avoid getting caught in spam filters.

So basically what you're telling me is you're just going to scrape email addresses from the Internet, and then blast them out using automated tools.

I'm not sure this is a winning idea.

The key to success when it comes to that kind of email marketing model boils down to timing and niche specificity.

You have to understand that if you sent out an offer to people who have left their email address somewhere on the Internet involving some sort of niche and there is no niche specificity or those two niches are not related to each other, you're probably just wasting your time.

So it's a better idea to filter whatever email list you're scraping for niche specificity.

Also, you have to pay close attention to timing.

You have to understand that when you get an email online, it doesn't necessarily mean that people are ready to buy.

In many cases, you have to build a relationship with them first by sending them free information that you can then stream in small installments to fill them out as to whether they are ready to buy.

In other words, you take a cold email for niche-related forums, comments, or whathaveyou on the Internet and then blast them out with a promise of signing up to a mailing list that would appeal to their interests.

This way, you use the new mailing list to warm up your leads and to also filter them in terms of their readiness to buy.

It depends with the campaign.

I use highly targetted campaigns on targets I have curated so I end up sending even 5K a day but with click through rates of 40%.

In terms of capacity I can do 100K a day safely.

However, if you see yourself sending that much then you are probably using a Spray and Pray approach which usually is a waste of time.

It's not about how much you send, but about how good/targetted your campaign is.

Actually I have been a mailer for a long time but 99% of the time I've sent with my own ips, so I was curious how it's working for people sending through ESPs.

I have sources that get like 200k+ daily SOI leads targeted(quality + quantity).

I know some guys sending like 30M/day and they're using ESP so i was very curious.
