what about Google? is this one of those link paid services which are easily spotted by Google and heavily penalised? Anyone can shed a light on this important issue.

so this is my review SO FAR,
the report was sent me right today and contained 53 "software backlinks"
I checked ALL of them and I am sorry to say that only 30 backlinks were do-!follow!....the rest is nofollow or are redirect links which pass no juice.
also, some of these 30 backlinks were nested in O PR websites. Other ones instead didnt have my keyword.
I have asked for a partial refund to the compnay because at this point 70 usd for only 30 backlinks (dont forget that some of these 30 backlinks have 0 PR on the main pages and other ones dont have my keyword) is really toooo expensive.
I am waiting for a reply from the guy...(hope he will be honest on this!) i will keep you updated on this...

In the meantime, what do you think?

Update: John from LinkSoftSeo.com contacted me and he explained his reasons. Depite I partialy agreed with him I stated that it was a little "deceptive" to state in his website and his report "+50 backlinks" which pass juice. I perfectly know that one of the thousands SEO theories states that nofollow backlinks still pass something but majority of us believe in the do-!follow! theory.

That said John was very kind and on his behalf I can say that he offered an extra-free package instead of a refund. I decided to agree because in the end John has been very polite with me and wel ALL know how important is to be polite in the Internet in order to create a reputable brand website.

I will keep you guys updated with his activity. So far only 30 backlinks were created. If he will manage to create other 20 do-!follow! backlinks I will state that his work was carried out, flawlessly..

Stay tuned for a complete review after the second report will be released

It would only look unnatural when it is hundreds or thousands of links using only the same anchor text. But 50 backlinks with the same anchor text is perfectly fine.
