I want to start a proxy reselling business, but I'm afraid it's too late

A lot of money in it if you are up to it in a lot of countries.

I am looking at US and I'm terrified with the SIM prices. They're way too expensive, and most have no UDP

So move your ass to a cheaper country then, or charge more in your market.

You don´t have to live where your proxy farms are, I know @lucky.sparks makes really good money to with farms all over the world.

I´m not into proxies, but I know @lucky.sparks has some interesting journey threads and most likely will answer any questions like @TheMarquis if you ask nicely. You can make friends from all the world just in this forum for business.

It's risky business.
If someone is making very dark things with proxies then you will get to the jail with other guy who used your proxy.

It's not so beautiful as it sounds, the business I mean

It's never too late. Do you know how many customers there are for this? You can always stand out from the competition with your price, active support, or a simple and transparent system from purchase to receiving accesses
