The threads platform from Instagram has just launched the monetization function. Can anyone here tell me how to make my account eligible to enable monetization?

I think you have to be from the USA to use this. Also you have to engage a lot, comment on other posts and have at least 1k followers. It randomly sends a message to instagram. That is at least what I saw on the app today, I made it a couple of days ago.
