sadly my old AWS account is made under gmail. So, I don't know if I can add this promo to my old AWS account.

Thats not a problem. My AWS account have a gmail account too. But you need to apply with a email from your domain. Your email from your old account is NOT needed and it's dont matter

Aws will Ask your account id later. But if you subscribe with a personal email, its will dont work

If its the first time you ask for free credits, its will work.

But if you have already asked for aws startup for example, its will not work
