Hello BHW.
I am in the process of setting up about 12 android phones, each with there own sim card and mobile data.
I will turn each of these into a mobile proxy to use with anti detect browser.
My question
If i connect 2 browsers to the same proxy, and use the 2 browsers at the same time, will they both be using the same IP? I understand it can rotate. But at the time of use, it would be the same IP on both browsers yea?
Is it best to keep 1 browser to 1 Proxy?
Thank you

If you connect two browsers to the same proxy (one phone), they will indeed share the same IP address at that moment.
Mobile proxies "can" rotate IP addresses periodically. However, until the IP rotates, both browsers will use the same IP if connected simultaneously.
Yes it is better to keep 1 proxy to 1 browser. For better anonymity and to avoid detection.

Yes, but depends of what you're doing

What is the advantage of mobile proxy? Why is it preferred?

Cool guys.. thank you for the responses

Yes, both browsers will use the same IP. I suggest using a separate proxy per browser

Websites tend to steer away from banning mobile proxies compared to other types of proxies. You might think of them as being "whitelisted" on many networks. This allows for people to basically do whatever they want on them (to a limit).

Mobile IPs are heavily overshared between legit users, so it is hard to determine acceptable versus non acceptable activities on websites.

Mobile proxies can change their IP addreses on reconnect. So having a mobile proxy is like having a wide IP pool.
Also mobile proxies are being better treated by facebook and others.

Also, with almost all mobile IPs being shared via CGNAT between a large number of (normal) users there is a big disincentive for a site to ban an IP as this would block many perfectly normal users as well as the one user that they don't like the look of.

For this reason, whilst using a proxy running on a mobile network, you're less likely to encounter blocks (via an IP ban anyway).

I highly do not recommend this, because even with mobile proxies there will be a certain problem, because the system will still find your actions suspicious
You should use only 1 proxy per 1 profile, no other way
