Disavow bad links

Hello, my website was hit by Google update on April.
Was 8 years old, 4000+posts written manually, DA16.

Suddenly I lost ALL my traffic, from 800 visitors/day to 90.

I checked my backlink profile and I have 3800 backlink, all DO FOLLOW, many with the anchor text “fuck you”, “you sucks” “shit” etc. I didn’t add any backlink in this years, maybe 10, so this is not mine.

Can you suggest me good free tool to export backlinks domains to disavow on Google?

use "Moz pro" to identify spammy baklinks and disavow them.
Also, "keyword stuffing" could be another reason, google it if you don't have idea about it

in google analytics you can find backlinks. or you can use moz pro. create list of those link and disavow them.
and create new backlinks.
please do research for back links in details.

maybe competition is increased.
and focus on removing bad links. after couple of week you ll be fine

Try Ahref free backlink checker , you can also use Google search console to export backlinks and create a disavow file

In Google Webmaster you can also Analyze and get list of spammy links

Only Diswaow won't work

You Need to More Authority Links, to gain More traffic

Free tools don’t allow you to export all the backlinks. It’s better to sign up with a reliable group buy service that offers Ahrefs and SEMrush subscriptions.

Smart move. After disavowing those spammy links, you should regularly monitor your backlink profile for any new links that have been built. This is a good practice to maintain a healthy link profile.
