Advise to scale safely!

Hi guys!
I created an ebay account around 2020, since then I sold one item.
Today, I am trying to resell from a local computer store on ebay and get my margin. How can I start selling things?
The store sells servers and things that are not cheap so the margin I can get is good, but IDK how to get things moving.

What would you do in my situation?

i suggest you to start with dropshipping list other suppliers product and sell on your account in this way you can make good profits
