You might not be able to make money through ad revenue by re-uploading content, but you can make money by selling something. Here is a great idea - Anime. Anime has a substantial amount of reach in my opinion (and in my experience as well since I once started a Instagram page that got more than 20k followers in a couple months). Then you can sell some anime merchandise which you can outsource. Best of luck in your journey

I would say don't just reupload existing clips just like that. Maybe change it up a bit add some captions/text overlaying the video, change the music etc. YouTube has detection algorithms that can tell if you're just reposting content. I would probably tag the original video creator too even if they're from tik tok etc.

I didn't face it when I tried it. But it's also true that I didn't do it for a long time

if you will use public domain content aka tiktok insta etc

you will fall under the category of reused content

the chances of being monetized are there
but they are few

you need to make substantial changes to your videos and just adding effects and transitions isn't enough

maybe you will be monetized but after a while they will kick you out

Financial and business videos are very good for this purpose. Just don't re-upload videos with copyright.
