playerup.com It's been a while and they haven't processed my payment

It has already been more than 6 days to process my withdrawal and I have no response. In total, it has been more than 12 days since I sold on the playerup.com website and I have not seen my money even though the middleman collected his part. I only ask that my payment be processed. The other thing is that I sold before and they never gave me the verified status which was the excuse for delaying. I really hope this isn't the case before, it took a while but they paid I thought it was because it wasn't verified which costs $20 but if you sell with them once. They verify you for free, which did not happen.
