Remove Outdated Content in Bulk?

I need to use this google tool in bulk, for many links at once (I have no acess to the website, its a 3rd party website). All the links I want to remove have a 410 error code.

The 410 error is generally what you want SEO wise, if we're talking 404 vs 410 error codes, that is.

What are you asking here? Is there a bulk option?

the best thing you can is to actually send the urls to some indexing service,
by that, you'll get the pages recrawled, so the 410 http headers, they should be removed after a while afterwards,
it won't be as fast as procedding them via the GSC, but if you don't have access to it then it will be your best bet

What indexer you recomend?

i'm using @SpeedyIndex service and they're doing the work decently,
indexing takes a couple of days, sometimes less, but most importanly most/all of the urls get crawled & cached,
