OP provided me with a trial account for beta test, everything works smoothly - just had an issue with my device being Android GO, thus Digital Assistant app having some issues not showing Proxy Magic as an option, however, all other features works like a charm. Am able to successfully use Proxy Magic to setup my spare phone as a rotating ip proxy/ server.
 
The issue with Android Go fixed, and now it works fine on this platform.
I have also fixed several major bugs with your help guys! Thank you!

Now you can see the battery level and voice assistant setting in the web admin panel.
Fixed the issue with multiple ip change requests.
Slowpoke version now supports even elder phones (checked with android 7)

Yes, for now the application works with any Android phones.
No API for now, but it is on development plan.
Please contact me to discuss your requirements, this will help to create better tasks for API development.
