Isn't this a label for business listings that was done some time ago? You just add the date to the "opening" section, if I'm not mistaken?

does changing your hours to open 24 hours a day instead of normal hours affect ranking of GMBs? some rando popped up at the number 1 spot out of nowhere. hes not even on SERPs.
I've found that this is often rectified within 1-2 weeks time.
I have no experience with that specific concept but it's worth a shot. I don't see why they'd put an exception in for 24hr businesses but with Google, anything is possible.

When new sites or listings just jump to the #1-3 spots out of nowhere with little to no SEO, they're usually knocked back down to their appropriate ranking within a short-ish time.
