Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on how to effectively market a new crypto project. With the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing and the unique challenges that come with promoting cryptocurrencies, I could use some expert insights. What are the best strategies for building a strong online presence and engaging with potential investors? How do you navigate the regulations and advertising restrictions on platforms like Facebook and Google? Additionally, any tips on leveraging social media, influencer partnerships, and community building in the crypto space would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to hearing your suggestions and success stories.

I would focus my attention on Twitter, Telegram, Youtube and Discord
Most crypto influencers are there....so:

- Paid promotion on Twitter: not necessarily twitter ads, I think you should focus in partnering with influencers that can promote your coin in exchange for some money or even a portion of your coin

- Telegram groups: promote it with bots or manually posting about your coin..you can also buy some microworkers to comment about your coin in specific groups, make sure they are active enough

- Discord servers: same as Telegram, but in Discord

- Mass DM: maybe it can be interesting to try mass DM in Telegram, messaging people from those crypto groups

- Organic Twitter reach: post on twitter, use lots of cashtags and gifs to reach more people

Crypto marketing is continously changing. Make sure the website has useful information. Let the people know about your project and why it is valuable. Also it is necessary to have a strong online community and use social media to reach new people. Find influencers who believe in your project. Follow the rules for advertising on platforms like Facebook and Google. Share good news about your project and show how it iss helping people. And always be honest and open for long term success.

Ive been running my own projects since about ‘21 (safemoon haydays) and I can safely say that what worked back in the day is pretty much ineffective these days. Back then solely TG/Discord traffic would suffice to fill a significant amount of hardcap for a pre-sale (or fairlaunch), these days I’ve been experimenting with hitting Twitter and Reddit and I can acknowledge that if you target the right users/subs - that’s where the decent traffic is these days.

Any call channels on TG seems to be botted, atleast 99% of them seem to be - the ones that aren’t (venomcalls for example) would have you selling your kidney to be able to fund the marketing campaign.

Other than that, if you’ve got decent contacts, your main objective should be recruiting people with a decent following to hop on board for a % of supply, or an early snipe - but these are extremely hard to find since majority of them would already be working with known teams that launch regularly.

Youtube has some rules about ads for crypto stuff. You can advertise thing like hardware wallet but you might not able to promote buying and selling crypto currences directly. It all depends on your ad and if you are certified as an advertiser. Make sure to look up Youtubes newest ad policies for crypto before you start any campaign.

Here are some tips for effectively marketing a new crypto project:

Start building your online communities early. Join relevant subreddits, Telegram groups, Twitter hashtags, etc. Engage with people and provide value before launching your project.

Create helpful, educational content about crypto/blockchain in general to build credibility and attract early followers. Whitepapers, explainer videos, blog posts, etc.

Leverage crypto influencers and publications strategically. Reach out to community leaders in your niche to spread early awareness. Paid sponsorships can accelerate this.

Consider advertising on alternative platforms that allow crypto ads like Brave, Unstoppable Domains, CoinMarketCap. Test different placements.

Host crypto-focused AMAs (Ask Me Anything) to familiarize people with your project, founders, and vision. Be prepared to answer technical questions.

Launch a bounty/referral program to incentivize community members to promote for you via their own networks.

Emphasize compliance and responsible marketing. Be transparent about your project and avoid potentially misleading claims that could attract regulatory scrutiny.

Engage 1:1 on social media by responding to comments and questions. Focus on building relationships, not hype.

Create an email list for important project updates. Respect privacy and don't over-communicate.

Leverage affiliate programs to get your project promoted organically by merchants accepting your crypto as payments.

A solid way to gain some traction in terms of traffic is to also check Reddit and Twitter, what kind of users are you looking to target? Memecoin investors?
