Could I get the domain taken away for copyright laws or anything?

If you are breaching copyright then yes, the copyright holder can get the domain from you.

yes. You should check for trademark conflict before you register. There are several databases (upsto.gov) to check trademark conflicts.

Is the domain making you money? High keyword value? If neither then no reason to risk holding on to the domains.

Yeah actually making quite a bit of money with it...some days over 1000 hits a day. I've had it for over a year and haven't received any emails or anything.

Its always better to remain safe than having C&D letter. Stay away of trademark domain.

Staying away from a trademark domain is of course sound advice, but as long as no one goes after you for damages of some kind, C&D ain't so bad, you'll just have to hand over the domain. I've gotten to many to count, but never had to actually fork over any my hard earned cash.

Yeah I have heard of people just having to hand over the domain. I don't think they would spend money on lawyers to get their money back that means nothing to them. Its a few hundred dollars nothing big.
