Hello, can brand bidding in 2024 still be effective? I've tried it with clickbank product and had so bad results , very high cpc many fake clicks from competitors and no sales. Can we still make some money using this method?

Brand bidding can still work in 2024, but it's tough due to high CPC and fake clicks. Focus on niche products, use negative keywords, and optimize campaigns to improve results. Exploring other strategies might also be beneficial

I generally only target exact match product name. Is that bad strategy? Also I assume it's pointless to try with clickbank products , because of the too high competition and fake clicks? Could the solution be to move to lower competitive affiliate networks? Also what would take for me to make a sale per day like how many searches per month are needed for the brand keyword? Thank you!

Targeting exact-match product names can be effective but challenging due to competition and high CPC. Moving to lower competitive affiliate networks could be a good strategy to reduce fake clicks and competition. To make a sale per day, aim for keywords with at least 1,000-2,000 monthly searches, but this depends on your conversion rate and niche. Optimizing your campaigns and exploring alternative strategies can also help improve results.

How much is good cpc and CTR?

Yes, It can be effective but it's success varies widely depending on the specific product, competition, and strategy employed. So, You should choose product carefully. Also, most of them don't allow it.

Can you recommend me what product to look for? For example what search volume? What CPC is good to make profit? Seems like the high search volume have too high competition. My goal is a sale per day. I can promote multiple product's using a few google ads accounts. Also do I need cloaking for google ads for more long term?

Brand bidding can still work but it's the lazy way, which means that everybody are doing it (Including me, I'm lazy as fuck =)).
If you want a good advice, use brand bidding on more greyhat/blackhat products where there is less competition.
Keep also in mind that many blackhat direct keywords keywords usually raising serious black flags.

Are general keywords and clickbank products effective? How many products are you promoting? Is it hard to achieve a sale per day?

What ad network are you using? Start with keyword research. There are 4 types of brand keywords or for any keyword as a matter of fact.
Informational. Navigational. Commercial. Transactional.
Transactional means traffic is ready to buy.
Bid on transactional only.
Find the ones with low cpc.
2nd option is commercial, it works on cookie dropping and hoping they buy later or for retargetting.
Ban the bot, invalid and competitor clicks, find out how.

If i am being honest if you are talking about Google then its your Luck i am doing brand bidding for quite sometime but for last couple of months google traffic is mostly bots low CTR on CTA's
I do get conversions but its some day loss & some days break even if i am lucky with 20$ spend i get 200$ worth of sales easily.

What if the bot and fake clicks from competitors are blocked? Many who are doing brand bidding are blocing vpn and proxies ips. Are you brand bidding with google ads or bing?

Do you get suspended often? Are you running clickbank type like health supplements (regardless of the affiliate network) What is good cpc to make profit? How much clicks does it take for a sale and are you trying to block the fake clicks from VPN's and proxies?

What do you mean by greyhat or blackhat like are health supplements considered greyhat or whitehat?

I never promoted click bank products but it should be the same as all other offers I'm running.
The thing with bb is that it will work only with products that have massive popularity and people are directly looking to buy it, not just information about it, for example you choose product that called - 'Black Tea Diet' then if you will target this exact keyword then you won't have much success cause you may attract clicks from people that simpley looking for reviews, more info and all kind of that shit, you should target keywords from people who already want to buy the product, like - 'buy Black Tea Diet', 'Black Tea Diet discount' and such.

for example a popular product i did research buy [product name] keyword have 260 searches and 5$ cpc can that be worth it? What about targeting reviews keywords because of the lower cpc and doing review type landing page and ads can that be effective?

Unless those 260 searches are super-super targeted keyword like "buy [product name] now" or something along those lines, I would not wasted my time on such a low monthly volume.
If you will go for a review type keywords + a review pre lander that actually could work, just make the ad text orianted toward a buying a product so that you won't waste money on unrelated clicks.
Let me share with you something that worked amazing for me in the past that you can AB test with your review campaign - 'top 3/5/10' product list,

Thank you so much for the help! So for example doing top3/5/10 product list with similar products to the ones i am reviewing? I noticed some of my competitors use similar strategies so seems effective
